ELLICOTT - Jody L. Crissman, 44, of 132 Prospect Ave., Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, felony DWI and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Wednesday after he was pulled over at a sobriety checkpoint on Fluvanna Avenue. He was process and released to be in court later.
Todd E. Adams, 37, of Jamestown; was charged with aggravated DWI after allegedly having a .18 percent blood-alcohol level while Scott Smith, 46, of Jamestown; Raymond A. Lee, 41, of Jamestown, and Chad Waddington, 38, of Jamestown were all charged with driving while intoxicated after they were pulled over at a sobriety checkpoint between 11 p.m. and 3 a.m. Wednesday and Thursday. The checkpoint was manned by Jamestown police officers, county Sheriff's deputies and Ellicott police officers.
Russell A. Larvick, 67, of Jamestown was charged with making an improper right turn, DWI and DWI per se when he was pulled over at 11:33 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Fairmount Avenue and West Fifth Street. According to a police report, Larvick's right rear tire allegedly went over the curb while he was turning onto Fairmount Avenue before he was pulled over. He will be in court later.
Pablo Figueroa, 43, of Falconer was charged with resisting arrest and second-degree harassment at 3:35 p.m. Thursday after officers were responded to 21 S. Main St. to act as peace officers. According to a police report, officers saw Figueroa on the scene and knew he had a valid arrest warrant from Jamestown City Court. When officers attempted to take Figueroa into custody, he allegedly began fighting with officers. He was taken to the city jail awaiting arraignment.
Antonio V. Mitchell, 22, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny at 4 p.m. Thursday at the Tops Supermarket on Washington Street after he was allegedly caught shoplifting by a store employee. He will be in court later.
Corey L. Jackson, 40, of Erie was arrested at 10:40 p.m. Thursday at the Bullfrog Hotel on outstanding arrest warrants charging him with failure to register address, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment. He was taken to the city jail pending arraignment.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
POMFRET - Danielle N. Kellogg, 21, of Brant was charged with DWI, DWI per se, failure to keep right and failure to stay within lane after she was pulled over at 4:19 a.m. Thursday after she was pulled over on Route 60 for allegedly crossing the center line and the fog line. She will be in Pomfret Town Court later.
DUNKIRK - Bryan R. Carroll, 21, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment at 11:23 p.m. Thursday after a domestic incident in Sinclairville. According to a police report, Carroll allegedly kicked in the front door of his ex-girlfriend's home and punched another man once inside the residence. He was charged a short time later, arraigned in Charlotte Town Court and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash or $40,000 property bail.
SILVER CREEK - Juvetino Castro Jr., 22, of Silver Creek and Justin Collins, 28, of Silver Creek were each charged with third-degree assault after a domestic incident at 1:30 a.m. Friday. According to a police report, a person reported that Castro and Collins allegedly assaulted him, resulting to injuries to the person's hand and head. Castro and Collins were taken to the Chautauqua County Jail.
DEWITTVILLE - David J. Skillman, 45, of Dewittville was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 7 p.m. Thursday after a domestic incident on Springbrook Road. According to a police report, Sheriff's deputies and Dewittville Volunteer Fire Department emergency rescue crews were sent to the home because a man had a severe cut to his hand. Deputies found out Skillman allegedly punched through a glass window during an argument with his wife. Skillman was taken to the Westfield Memorial Hospital Emergency Room for treatment and will be in court later.
